We are saddened to hear of ever-cumulative reports of great devastations the earthquakes (March 11, 2011) caused in the lives of so many people in Japan.

We only wish that the immediate relief works to get into operation quickly and that the affected community to make recovery and regain the livelihood they enjoyed prior to the disaster.

Amidst the physical and emotional turmoil, it is very encouraging as a local Japanese company to see many expressions of condolences and relief operations extended by the vast majority of the community here in Hong Kong.

We are very sure that the entire Japanese community is greatly indebted to the kindness and practical assistance extended.

It’s surprising to find that the flowering herbal coffee is effective from the first day of drinking.

The samples of the coffee with herbal flowers were given to 6 people who suffered from constipation. They are males and females aged between 20 to 60. They tried one to two cans every morning for 4 days. 5 out of 6 testers experienced immediate effects.

They had bowel movements at night of the same day they had. From the 2nd day onwards, all of 6 had smooth stools.

One of the lady testers (27-year-old) had a serious constipation requiring medication. However, after drinking 2 cans (about 310ml) of CAFÉ BLOSSOM in the morning, she had a stool in the very night.

The same lady commented: “It’s the first time in 7 years that I had a stool without taking a medicine.” Since then, she makes a habit of drinking 1 can every moring. The problem of constipation was a thing of the past, as she now have smooth stool.

During the testing period, the testers had been advised not to try other medicines or supplements. The effects have been outstanding in view of the fact that the participants had not tried anything extraoridnary, but to carry on with their normal daily activities, in terms of diets and excercise.

When the body’s internal cycle becomes unsmooth, it causes many different types of disorders and troubles. The very basic of maintaining the good condition is to keep your regularity.

Below we will introduce some lifestyle habits you may wish to contract in order to live each day smoothly. Make use of these suggestions for your healthy life.

1. Comfortable Lifestyle Comes from Exercise and Good Sleep

Smooth Body Cycle Comes from Orderly Lifestyle Rhythm

It is best to sleep at least 6-7 hours per day and avoid staying up late at night. The important thing is not only the length of your sleep, but also the quality of it. If your sleep is light or is interrupted early, the quality of it is not very good and your body cannot maintain a healthy condition for long. Relax yourself before going to bed, for example, by taking a lukewarm bath.

In order to maintain a nice regularity, it is also vital to train your muscles by appropriate exercise. In order to have healthy lifestyle habits, moderate exercise is indispensable. Exercise your whole body by walking, swimming, practicing yoga and so forth, and try doing some abdominal exercise without exerting yourself too much.

2. Supply Generous Amount of Water and Dietary Fiber and Maintain Your Beauty

Bodily Balance Can be Easily Lost When the Water inside Falls Short

Supply your body with water especially before you sleep and when you get up. Make it a goal to take 1.5 liters of water per day, including the water your food contains.

Taking dietary fiber is essential for your dietary habit. Dietary fiber helps smooth internal regularity and works for women’s radiant skins, but many people today seriously lack it. Take generous supplies everyday of vegetables, beans, potatoes, fruits, sea weeds, etc.

Dr Shinya have had nearly 40 years of experience in medical care both in Japan and America.

During the 1960s, Japanese diet was rapidly westernized and high-calorie and high-protein diet became common. Besides, we were buying more and more fast food and eating out more. At the same time, the hazardous environment change including air pollution, ambient pollution, soil change, overuse of agrochemical and chemical fertilizer started having an effect on our health. Dr Shinya concluded from 300,000 diagnoses that those bad elements affected human bowel.

What is healthy diet:

Eat locally produced natural products

Follow the nutritious balance as follows;

Cereal & beans: vegetable & fruits: meat & fish = 5:2:1

Take in animal protein from seafood

Keep healthy diet

Chew food well

Eat at least 4-5 hours before going to bed

Eat moderately, do not overeat

Preferably avoid eating between meals

Eat fermented food including miso (bean paste) and natto

Eat less sugar

Avoid processed food and ready meals with a lot of food additives

Those are the advice Dr Shinya having been giving to my patients. It is not always easy to stick to these rules in our busy society.

Even if patients have regular bowel movement everyday, Dr Shinya still find, through the polypectomy examination, a lot of them have food scum in their bowel wall or colon fold. The scum goes off and poison the bowel in the environment of 36.5℃ body temperature within 24 hours. The best thing to get rid of the scum outside your body before it goes off.

Normally healthy person has 50-200 cc of gas in the large intestine and excrete certain amount of gas depending on the type of meal, frequency of excretion of feces, hygienics of intestine (usage of Coffee Enema). The amount of gas is the barometer of your intestinal phase level and health condition (please refer to endoscopic photography at the end of the book).

The number of well-known doctors point out that constipation and fecal impaction, that is retention of contents and the crud in the large intestine, are possible cause of various diseases. Recently not only doctors specialized in stomach and dietetics but also other healthcare practitioner argue the importance of basic hygienic in large intestine, and “clean intestine and cleaning and activation of intestine are important for human health” becomes main issue.

Patients suffering from piles, colon polyp, intestinal cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, cardiovascular function disorder, liver and cholecyst diseases, chronic ulcerative colitis, Chrohn’s disease, enlarged prostate, arthritis, rheumatism, atopic dermatitis, allergosis, fibroid, mastopathy, collagen disease, elevated blood pressure, brain infraction, diabetes, etc are likely to have abnormal intestinal function and its dysfunction.

Regardless of quality of food, cancer-causing substances generate in your large intestine. The longer cancer-causing substances stay there, the more likely you suffer from colon polyp and intestinal cancer.

Less serious cases like symptom of asitia, nausea, headache, vertigo, chalk mark, hives, adiposities, comedo and boredom are somehow related to the retention of colon contents. Harmful substances absorbed through bowel wall into blood cause such ill health.

I can say that my patients who suffered from those symptoms have very poor intestinal phase.

Examining with a colonoscopy, cancer or polyp is usually found in the fold of large intestine where feces is likely to pile up. The diverticulum or the area where bowel spasm is chronically strong is the places for feces to halt because the feces flow is not smooth.

As you become older, the number of good bacteria in your bowel decreases and on the other hand the number of bad bacteria increases. I find that young people including children who suffer from chronic ulcerative colitis, Chrohn’s disease, atopia and any allergosis such as phthisis have very poor bowel condition (intestinal phase) and having more bad bacteria and less acidophilus (good bacteria).

Bad bacteria for bowel including Welsh bacteria, clostridium, staphylococcal, pseudomonas seruginosa, bacillus coli, are putrefactive bacteria, which rot undigested food and in the process produce a lot of harmful substances such as hydrogen sulfide, indole, carbolic acid, skatole, ammonia, methane and amine arisen. These bowel bacteria and cell of colon mucosa generate radical oxygen ( free radical) and lipid peroxide. Gas and toxin not only make bowel condition worse, but also enter the blood through mucosa of large intestine to give whole body bad influence. Dirty blood causes hematogenous disorder and congestion of lymph. Hematogenous disorder reduces normal body function from skin to cardiovascular and rate of metabolism lowers. Weakened organ can be attacked by every phlogistica and disease such as cancer.

Dr Shinya use coffee with adequate density, Gulf of Suruga deep water, lactobacillus generated extract, oligosaccharide, enzyme, etc., which are good for creating good bowel condition. In theory it is the coffee made for the purpose to increase and activate good acidophilus. It also contains various minerals to maintain mineral balance in the body after sudden bowel movement.

Doctor Hiromi Shinya is a world-class doctor of medicine and a professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He also cares for Hollywood actors and top executives of international enterprises and receives full trust as a private physician from celebrities from all over the world.

Doctor Shinya sums up the environmental problems surrounding people today and comments, “Today’s dietary habits center heavily on high-calorie, meat-based food. So-called “westernization of food” has widely expanded and many often consume instant or processed food. In order to keep our health in this kind of living environment, we need constant awareness of the issues and devise plans.”

Based on his clinical experiences of about 350,000 patients, Doctor Shinya points out “avoiding stagnancy” in life as the key factor. “To list three ways to accomplish that”, Doctor Shinya continues, “improve daily dietary habits, take good-quality water, and exercise moderately to sweat. But not many can actually follow these ways because people are simply too busy at work, or that they feel it is quite time-consuming to do so. When I started developing CAFE BLOSSOM, I strongly wanted to make something that supports the modern people’s lifestyle in a much simpler way.

Wishing the Busy People Today Their Beauty and Health

“Is there a way to assist the health of busy people in modern times?”

With a long experience of clinical studies and abundant knowledge, Doctor Shinya focused his attention on flowering herbs used as health-food ingredients in China from ancient times. Doctor Shinya made his sample using herbs before they blossom.

“When my friends and staff tried it, their reactions were far better than I anticipated,” the doctor comments.

CAFE BLOSSOM came into the world through theses processes.

CAFE BLOSSOM is born from the organic energy of flowering herbs, and also is fully powered by the burning zeal of Doctor Shinya for the beauty and health for the people today.
